Courtyard during roof repairing

I think the courtyard looks just awful with all the roof repairing paraphernalia being stored there. It seems they have not finished with one building before the they begin working on another building. And so, rather that one previous building being 'cleaned-up' and a new building started, they are starting repairs on one while previous ones have not been cleaned-up and the debris removed from outside the building in the courtyard. Practically no place to walk or children to enjoy the snow (when it does snow), etc. It appears the courtyard has surrendered to the repair crew.
And so many people walking in and out the 'wide open' gates. Who knows who they all are?
