Inconveniences Empty Inconveniences

Gas lines out for weeks in a few buildings. What other inconveniences are we going to have to endure?
The noise is beyond endurance, so much junk in the courtyards.
And then the mention that the air conditioners should be out of the windows for several weeks.? What are we supposed to do - just leave the aircos on our floors?
