2nd Assessment Empty 2nd Assessment

Did you all receive the letter from the B of D telling us they were charging us a 2nd Assessment that needed to be collected each month for three months? Can you believe that?
How am I supposed to pay that when I am living on a small fixed income and I am already trying to make ends meet after the recent maintenance increase plus the assessment.
How do you others feel?

Did anyone attend the meeting? How was it? I couldn't attend because of recent illness. Does everything remain "as is," and everything must go by the decision?
What next I wonder?
I wonder how 'renters' will be affected and those who own two apartments.

I guess everyone has heard by now that there is 'another' maintenance increase starting in January 2016. I wonder if they (and assessments) will ever end?
