Greetings to all

Hi everyone. I think it is a good idea to have a forum to hear from other shareholders and find out what is going on with our property. I have noticed during the roof repairs that the repairmen are walking around the courtyard as though they own it. They walk in front of you, don't hold the door for you and just seem to walk in and out of the buildings as though they are residents. And they leave the gates open. Who knows who is walking around in the courtyard and going into the buildings. Very frightening at times not knowing who is getting on the elevator with you. I never get in the elevator with other people, unless I know who they are.
I hope they clean up the mess they have made in the courtyard when they are finished. Whenever that will be.
Anyone else notice the same thing? I really believe that we shareholders should be "all for one," and "one for all." We should know what others are thinking and this is a good place to do it.
