Recent summary of Board of Director's 12/19/2011 meeting.

Received recent memo from BOD regarding "Summary of Meeting of December 19. 2011," that says that many more repairs are upcoming. When will it ever stop? Also, that board president was "stepping down." It goes on to say: "A new president will be elected at the January board meeting." I thought shareholders had to have a "say" in regard to electing a new board president. But then again, I might be wrong.
